Information you provide. When you submit a quote request, we collect the information in the form: your name, phone number, zip code, the service you need, and any job details you choose to include. If you check the consent box, we also record the exact consent language you agreed to and a timestamp.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page — through server logs and the analytics tools described in the Cookies & Tracking section below.

Call information. If you call a phone number published on this site, the call may be routed through a call-tracking service that logs the call and may record it for lead verification and quality purposes. Recorded calls are disclosed at the start of the call where recording is active.

We use the information we collect to:

• Fulfill your quote request by connecting you with an independent local tree service provider;
• Communicate with you about your request by phone, text message, or email — where you have consented to those communications;
• Operate, measure, and improve the site and its guides;
• Maintain records of consent and comply with legal obligations.

If you opt in to text messages by checking the consent box on our quote form, we collect your phone number and your opt-in consent (the consent text and a timestamp) in order to send you messages about your service request. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using this service.

No sale or marketing sharing of SMS opt-in data. SMS opt-in data — your phone number and your consent to receive text messages — is never sold, and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is shared only with the specific independent tree service provider needed to fulfill the quote request you submitted, and for no other purpose.

• The provider fulfilling your request. Your quote request — name, phone, zip, service, and job details — is shared with one or more independent, third-party tree service providers serving Washington County so they can follow up with you directly. This is the core of the service you're requesting.
• Service vendors. We use vendors that process data on our behalf — form and lead management, call tracking, and website analytics — under terms that limit their use of your data to providing those services.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately for its sensitivity.

We keep quote-request records, including consent records, for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them. You can request earlier deletion as described below.

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Ask us to correct information that's inaccurate;
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements (including consent records);
• Opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and of any other communications by telling us or the provider directly.

To make any of these requests, use the contact page and note "privacy request" in the details field — we'll respond within a reasonable time, and verify identity before releasing or deleting data.

This site is intended for adults 18 and older arranging tree services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how SMS opt-in data is handled will be reflected in updated consent language, not applied retroactively to consent you've already given.
