Terms of Service

St. George Tree Care is a locally focused guide and referral service. We are not a tree service company, and we don't employ or dispatch tree crews. When you request a quote, we share your request with one or more independent, third-party tree service providers who serve Washington County so they can follow up directly. Those providers are independently owned and operated businesses, not employees or agents of St. George Tree Care.

Any agreement for tree work — scope, price, scheduling, warranties — is between you and the independent provider you hire. St. George Tree Care is not a party to that agreement, does not perform tree work, does not employ tree crews, and does not supervise the providers' work.

The price ranges published on this site — including the interactive estimator's output — are researched budgeting estimates based on published cost data, provided for information only. They are not quotes, bids, or offers to perform work at any price. Actual pricing is always set by the independent provider after evaluating the actual job. The methodology and as-of date for every figure are published on the cost guide's methodology section.

We work with local tree service providers who report holding active licensing and insurance — always verify credentials directly with a provider before hiring.

Program description. If you opt in by checking the consent box on our quote form, you'll receive text messages from St. George Tree Care and/or the independent provider fulfilling your request, relating to your quote request — confirmations, follow-ups, and scheduling communications. Message frequency may vary based on your request.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you opt out, you'll receive one final message confirming the opt-out. For assistance, reply HELP or use the contact page.

Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction. The SMS program is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using any service. How SMS opt-in data is handled — including that it is never sold or shared for marketing — is covered in the privacy policy.

You must be 18 or older to submit a quote request. You agree to provide accurate information, to submit requests only for yourself or with the authorization of the property owner, and not to use the site to harvest data, submit false leads, or interfere with its operation.

The guides on this site are researched general information for Washington County, Utah — not arboricultural, legal, or insurance advice for your specific situation. Regulations change; where a guide summarizes a law or city ordinance, it cites its source and the date it was verified, and you should confirm current requirements with the city, your HOA, or a professional before acting. Trees can be dangerous — never attempt work near power lines, and leave climbing, felling, and chainsaw work at height to insured professionals.
